A
  • Work with HR Coordinators on starters, leavers, promotions, salary increases and working pattern changes.

  • Calculate holiday entitlements, salaries, and maternity dates.

  • Manage absence records and self-service system.

  • Produce annual holiday carryover report and various department reports.

  • Prepare pre- and post-payroll activities.

  • Upload P45s, HMRC forms, and payroll data to ADP.

  • Gather and send missing payroll info to ADP.

  • Review payroll, address staff queries, and manage report signoffs.

  • Collate P11D details.

  • Prepare payroll for pay reviews and bonus payments.

  • Primary Contact for ADP Payroll Specialist

  • Collaborate with HR to assess and process monthly pension payments.

  • Experience in payroll administration and HR systems.

  • HR database management.

  • Strong numeracy and communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Organisational and time management abilities.

  • Problem-solving and initiative.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level).

  • Knowledge of sickness, absence, and maternity procedures in payroll.
