Work with HR Coordinators on starters, leavers, promotions, salary increases and working pattern changes.

Calculate holiday entitlements, salaries, and maternity dates.

Manage absence records and self-service system.

Produce annual holiday carryover report and various department reports.

Prepare pre- and post-payroll activities.

Upload P45s, HMRC forms, and payroll data to ADP.

Gather and send missing payroll info to ADP.
-
Review payroll, address staff queries, and manage report signoffs.

Collate P11D details.
-
Prepare payroll for pay reviews and bonus payments.

Primary Contact for ADP Payroll Specialist

Collaborate with HR to assess and process monthly pension payments.

Experience in payroll administration and HR systems.
-
HR database management.
-
Strong numeracy and communication skills (written & verbal).

Organisational and time management abilities.

Problem-solving and initiative.

Attention to detail.
-
Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level).

Knowledge of sickness, absence, and maternity procedures in payroll.
