This will involve collaborating and orchestrating a leading team of expertise and resources to identify and address client needs in an evolving people‐management landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and maintain effective business relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to create your optimum territory plan, within the overall team framework.
  • Identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters – using tools to plan, execute, and track targeted new business.
  • Arrange prospect appointments and undertake virtual and in‐person meetings and demos.

  • Work with pre‐sales when necessary to develop solutions that fit prospect needs.
  • Present responses to meet prospect needs with existing product service solutions.
  • Maintain chosen ADP database management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience of a service‐based offering (process and/or solution) – SaaS, technology, or HR related.
  • UK field sales experience – with UK Right to Work and a full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with a variety of sales channels (online outreach, social selling, cold calling, meetings, and events), using a structured approach to generate net new business opportunities.
  • A background of carrying and achieving/exceeding annual net new business quotas of Ā£3‐400k.
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals (≄£20k per annum) with mid‐market companies of over 200 employees.
  • Ideally experience selling multi‐country products, but this is not essential.

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive salary and compensation plan.
  • An ongoing, individualized, world‐class induction programme – offering both local and international training and development.
  • Realistic targets + valuable offerings = real earnings. We celebrate overachieving associates with early starts, quarterly and annual awards, clubs and trips.
