Overview
ADP is hiring a WorkForce Software Trainer! In this role, you will leverage your facilitation skills to deliver engaging learning on the WFS technical and processing solutions. You will use established ADP learning design and delivery standards and tools to help you be successful in this versatile L&D role. You will work across the learning organization to apply innovative instructional design and facilitation techniques. The WFS Trainer is responsible for delivering instructor-led (onsite and virtual) training on the technical features and functional aspects of all solutions to enable the effective use of systems, tools, and processes by learners, provide associates the abiltiy to do their jobs, and to ensure clients are prepared for their initial and on-going utilization of the multiple-product offerings, features, and support services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led (onsite and virtual) training on the technical features and functional aspects of all solutions to enable effective use of systems, tools, and processes by learners.
- Help learners develop the ability to perform their jobs; prepare clients for initial and ongoing utilization of multiple product offerings, features, and support services.
- Apply innovative instructional design and facilitation techniques in alignment with ADP learning design and delivery standards and tools.
- Collaborate with the learning organization to keep ADP’s approach to designing learning up to date and relevant.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing and configuring a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
- 2+ years’ experience conducting technical and functional field training
- Understanding of workforce management solutions from a consulting perspective
- Existing knowledge of, with desire to learn, local terminology related to time and absence processes in various countries
- 1+ year(s) experience using SQL and writing complex queries
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Desired Skills
- Experience programming in a 3GL or 4GL language
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
- Experience working with the WorkForce Software Suite of product or other Time product
