Job title: Junior Client PMO Coordinator
ADP is seeking a Junior Client PMO Coordinator. This position oversees facilitation of client project implementations by planning and driving project calls and project team updates.
The role:
- Production of project plans in Project Place for the project lead / consultants for new assignments.
- Providing ad-hoc support to consultants in planning matters and acting as the project management office resource for consultant led projects.
- Support the delivery of client implementations.
- Close working with resourcing and allocations team to ensure new requests are managed promptly and new allocations or requests are evenly distributed.
You?
- Strong project co-ordination skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and solid relationship building skills.
- The confidence to lead calls and meetings with associates and clients at all levels
- Experience in progressing and documentation of plan, decisions, risks and actions.
- Knowledge of HCM (Payroll, HR, Time) implementations (desirable)
- Experience of end-to-end implementations – data migration, user acceptance testing and parallel run processes (desirable)
- Experience of project management (desirable)
