The Role:
- Part of our global SAP Specialist sales team - right place, right time for driving cloud transformation in this space.
- Selling ADP's market leading global Payroll offering – full sales and delivery support in place for both local and global deals.
- New business sales to clients who have 2000+ employees in the UK (can have even higher numbers of employees globally).
- The types of deals that you get to work on will vary but typically will be 6-12 month+ cycles, with 3/4 stakeholders at £200,000 – £500,000 in year 1 revenue, but can be significantly higher.
- Extensive on-boarding and training provided.
Key Duties / Tasks:
- Collaborate with your sales leaders to create your optimum territory plan, within the overall team framework.
- Identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters – using the array of tools available at your disposal to plan, execute, and track your targeted new business.
- Arrange prospect appointments and undertake virtual and in-person meetings / demos.
- Co-ordinate internal resource and support, in line with a structured sales process (provided), to appropriately run your deals and maximise success.
- Work with pre-sales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs.
- Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution.
- Maintain chosen ADP database management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes.
Education and Experience:
- Essential: Minimum 5 years sales experience of SaaS / cloud transformation projects (process and / or solution).
- Essential: Experience of closing SAP Deals (directly or in partnership).
- Preferred: SuccessFactors or global HCM / Payroll deals.
- Full Right to Work and a full Driving Licence in the UK.
- Experience with a variety of sales channels (online outreach / social selling, cold calling, meetings and events), with a structured approach, to generate net new business opportunities.
- A background of carrying and achieving / exceeding annual net new business annual quotas in excess of £2m+.
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals (£500k+ of annual revenue) with global organisations.
