As an Implementation Consultant, you will carry the WorkForce Software relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between WorkForce’s largest clients and our HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement our technologies to ensure long-term client success. Your work will impact the day-to-day lives of your clients’ employees.
Every day, you will partner with clients to learn and understand their business needs; analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; and guide clients toward the best WorkForce solution. You will design and build complex solutions for our enterprise client base, including the Fortune 500, leveraging your knowledge of Human Capital Management.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
- Onboard Clients. Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation. Help clients develop skills and confidence to use our products through expertise and relationship-building.
- Implement WorkForce Software Technologies. Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes. Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when implementing the WorkForce solution.
- Partner Internally. Collaborate with sales and support, and exchange routine information with the client project team regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues.
- Multi-Task & Communicate. Work on multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and ADP teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in software implementations, specifically workforce management.
- Experience gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users and stakeholders, including creating and maintaining business requirements documents, use cases, and process diagrams.
- Familiarity with labor laws as they pertain to time and attendance rules, scheduling, and leaves of absence.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, with potential for international travel.
