In this newly created position, you will represent ADP’s Lyric HCM solution, articulating the value of the technology platform, solution differentiators, and the potential business impact to a large addressable market. You will collaborate with sales and service organizations to identify the best prospects and execute the sales process to close new deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex HCM sales opportunities covering all aspects of the solution.
  • Work closely with dedicated business consultants to analyse client needs and assess product fit.
  • Create a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Leverage ADP’s CRM solution to find, track, and manage opportunities.
  • Evangelise ADP’s Lyric HCM by providing product training to field sellers.
  • Work with product and corporate marketing to create demand and generate net new activities.
  • Interact with senior leaders within ADP and communicate diplomatically and succinctly.
  • Provide feedback to ADP’s Lyric HCM product team, including competitive intelligence, client/prospect/sales input, etc.
  • Work with contract and legal teams to secure signed agreements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working on large‑scale HCM implementation projects.
  • Previous sales experience within the HCM space.
  • HR consultancy experience is an advantage.
  • UK field sales experience, with a UK right to work and a full UK driving licence.
  • Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently achieving or exceeding assigned quotas; proficiency in account‑plan development and large national account sales.
  • Outstanding sales skills, broad management knowledge and ability to lead without line authority; excellent oral and written communication.
  • Proven customer service and relationship‑building skills.
  • Effective communication across all media (verbal, listening, written).
  • Organised with effective time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
