ADP is hiring a Lyric HCM Practice Leader. In this position you will be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive Global Payroll product sales plans through the field sales organization. The Lyric solution is launching in the market and is poised to be a disruptive force. Built in the public cloud, leveraging low code technology, ADP developers have new tools to create a more dynamic and engaging HCM experience for our clients.

Job Purpose

This position will develop and implement activities to ensure that we are effectively selling our assigned ADP solutions through the field sales organization and will be responsible for collaborating with Field Sales and Channel Marketing, to drive sales within their respective Division and/or Area. The Practice Leader provides sales support for division/area sales leadership with product education, measurement, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the product sales strategy for field sales.
  • Drive sales in a geographic area of responsibility to meet the assigned product sales quotas.
  • Act as the product liaison to Marketing team and sales liaison to Product team.
  • Ensure the implementation and execution of marketing and opportunity identification programs.
  • Assist in creation of sales messaging deployment.
  • Assist with product sales education and coordinate training efforts relative to product sales.
  • Create and deploy industry knowledge within the geographic area of responsibility.
  • Travel to different geographic areas to participate in joint end user calls as the ADP channel sales liaison.
  • Report market information regarding competitors’ efforts in the channel, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and successes in the field.
  • Champion and interface between sales management and other functional ADP groups (field sales, training, operations, marketing, etc.).
  • Drive involvement of channel partners in the sales process with sales leadership through periodic reviews with focus on activity standards and referral activity (inbound/outbound lead flow), partner updates and campaigns.
  • Provide progress update to Sr. Sales Leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of the HCM market.
  • Experience in a product or channel marketing position or field sales management experience in a wide geographic area.
  • Knowledge of Global Payroll market.
  • Previous business services and/or business software experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.
  • Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment.
  • Must be a strong team player.
