In this role, you will grow new market share for ADP\’s cloud-based Human Resources solutions within a defined territory, focusing on geo prospects. You will build partnerships, develop client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and expand existing accounts. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and business owners. Collaborate with team members and internal partners to close deals and achieve targets. Serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards. Qualifications 10-15 years of sales experience with a proven track record in closing complex solutions and managing territories. Excellent communication and prospecting skills, especially at the executive level. Results-driven with a strong work ethic and leadership qualities.
