BASIC FUNCTION:

The Enterprise and Named Account Marketing Manager has day-to-day responsibility for executing specific account-based programs within ADP targeting large, global prospective accounts.

This is a new role within the ADP marketing function. Based in Staines (UK) the remit is to manage and grow account-based programs to support targeted outreach to Named Accounts and segments as part of the Project, driving new business acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow our business in the Enterprise space globally.

Working closely with the ESI Named Account and Program Director and wider Marketing Teams, (Product, Digital, Brand, Automation and Growth & Field), this is a hands-on role that’s pivotal to ensure effective development and execution of ABx campaigns to support sales growth. This is both a proactive and reactive role; delivering new ways to drive demand generation and nurture the prospects into and through our funnel, as well as working to leverage the available channels and technology to their fullest. This role will be responsible for managing regional sales and marketing alignment to a shared goal, ensuring account selection is aligned to sales growth targets and the coordinated messaging and assets used are aligned to current marketing messaging and campaign platforms. This role is about creating co-ordination and integration across the teams to deliver momentum through aligned messaging, accurate data targeting, and effective channel selection and optimisation.

Accountable for the development and execution of the Project programs, with a focus on ensuring an account-based approach is taken to deliver the right message to the right prospect. You will work with sales, supporting them as they adapt to a more account-based sales approach, using data and insights to inform and engage, aligning on the product and regional requirements of the program to drive success. This position reports directly to the ESI Named Account and Program Director but will work very closely on a day-to-day basis with the wider organisation and marketing teams.

YOU:

You will be a skilled marketer, with omni-channel Account Based Marketing experience and an eager eye for metric measurement and monitoring, yet just at ease when required to roll up your sleeves and get things done quickly. Working with our marketing automation, digital, product, content and field teams you will be expected to deliver campaigns on time and on budget but most importantly, campaigns which resonate and drive engagement within our target accounts.

To succeed in this role, you will know how to navigate a large, complex software and services business across country borders and internal divides, but you will also understand the urgency and accountability of ‘owning the number’. You will have a strong track record across the B2B marketing mix, in support of demand generation and campaign management through ABM. You will be an expert at bringing together different groups of people to deliver effective account-based campaigns, with and without technology, to support your objectives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Work with Enterprise Program Director to execute account-based marketing programs which deliver tangible results in the Global Enterprise Market.
– Help develop quarterly and yearly marketing plans and reporting for the Project.
– Plan and execute Named Account and Enterprise campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and as cost effectively as possible.
– Work with the Campaign Activation to ensure campaign roll out is timely, on brand and measured.
– Create internal and external briefs after gathering stakeholder input for new creative and GTM plans.
– Resolve hurdles using problem solving skills and internal network to provide solutions to get the job done.
– Work with the wider marketing team to align of brand, automation and digital best practice for campaign effectiveness.
– Work with agencies where necessary to support the creation of account-based content and landing pages.
– Deliver cost-effective omni-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results against campaign objectives.
– In partnership with marketing teams and sales, build appropriate data segments and persona targets within target accounts.
– Ensure campaigns are tracking lead and opportunity reporting, measuring ROI success and share key performance improvement factors.
– Contribute to any corporate initiative as needed.

EXPERIENCE

– 10 years of experience in omni-channel demand generation for software or services companies
– Experience running ABx Programs and creating sales and marketing alignment with tenacity
– Track record in delivering global Enterprise demand generation campaigns with meaningful results
– Knowledge of the HR or Payroll market would be a distinct advantage
– Knowledge of Folloze, Workfront, Demand Base and SFDC an advantage

GENERAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

– Demonstrable knowledge of B2B sales process and marketing/sales relationship necessary to succeed with an account-based approach.
– International business experience. delivering meaningful outcomes in large, global organizations is essential.
– Ability to build strong individual and team relationships to support delivery of multiple programs and work efforts of cross functional teams concurrently.
– Assigns tasks to appropriate cross functional resources but most importantly owns the follow-up.
– Ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company (e.g. vendor and agency negotiations & management)
– Outstanding organisational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse, and conflicting activities.
– Good attention to detail.
– Excellent technical, oral, and written communication skills required.
– Ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines.
– Ability to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment essential.
– Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into high-level and detailed functional specifications.
– Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the big picture of the overall program objectives.
– Anticipates, identifies, and resolves problems in a timely manner.
– Self-motivating and driven to make an impact.
– Native English written and verbal skills, additional European language beneficial.
