The role embraces new sales to new customers with over 1000 employees within the UK. Sales cycles are generally of a 6 – 9 month period and customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 5/6 people, depending on the organisation and structure of the prospect. Our average order value is between £80,000 to £100k of year 1 revenue and total contract value £300,000, but can be much larger. What You Will Do: Identify prospects within companies who have over 1000 employees and sell all of ADP’s HR and Payroll solutions. This involves owning the new business generation strategy and execution for your territory, monitoring success and reporting on KPIs. Maintain chosen ADP data base management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes Arrange prospect appointments and undertake visits to demo software – understanding the right time to do these virtually or in person, and who to involve internally and externally Take time to understand our prospects needs and co-ordinate the ADP teams and resource at your disposal to present suitable solutions and win together Work with the business consultant team and pre sales to advise on suitable products and services for our client base Experience: Minimum 5 years sales experience of a service-based offering (process and solution) — technology, or HR related A minimum of 5 years of field sales experience – with a full UK Driving licence Experience of self-generating net new business opportunities from a variety of channels, and driving the sales cycle to close with a structured approach A background of carrying and achieving / exceeding annual net new business annual quotas excess of £800k (in first year recurring revenue – ACV) Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals (£60-80k plus of annual revenue) with enterprise companies of over 1000 employees Ideally you will have experience selling multi country products A minimum A level education with a preferred degree level qualification or equivalent What We Offer: Highly competitive salary and compensation plan Realistic targets – we like to see our associates overachieving Excellent support teams.
