- General building tasks including (but not limited to):
- Carpentry & Joinery
- Plastering & drylining
- Basic plumbing & electrics (non-certified works only)
- Tiling & flooring
- Painting & Decorating
Requirements / Qualities:
- Reliable & Experienced
- Good speaking English and be able to read instructions
- Self motivated and be able to complete tasks independently
- Own tools
- Own transport not a requirement but be able to move around London with own tools using public transport. Heavy goods and tools will be transported for you if required.
- Be reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients and other team members
