Support the Sales Manager in driving the performance, development, and success of a team of Major Account Sales Representatives.
As an Associate Sales Manager, you'll operate as a player-coach, carrying your own sales targets while helping your team build pipeline, navigate opportunities, and achieve revenue goals.
You'll play a key role in executing regional sales strategies, driving accountability, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
What you'll do every day
Every day, you'll partner with sales professionals to build and advance opportunities, coach on sales strategy and execution, review pipeline health, and help remove barriers to success.
You'll monitor team performance, support forecasting activities, collaborate with business partners across ADP, and contribute directly to new business acquisition through your own sales efforts.
