ADP ESI is seeking to recruit a Senior Business Consultant based in France or UK to support the expansion of MNC solutions through pre-sales activities. In this pre-sales position, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your ADP service expertise and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges particularly related to Payroll and Absence Management and integration with Core HR solutions to the other multinational ADP offerings. In this position, you will support the multi-country sales teams through the sales process, supporting customers through the proof of concept and transition to the implementation and service teams. The successful candidate will also develop effective sales strategies with the multi-country sales force, discussing Time Management product requirements with customers and analysing competitors' actions in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focus on strategic selling within large MNC environments
  • Increase sales performance by presenting Payroll, T&A and HR strategies and business solutions to prospects and clients
  • Understand client business expectations and introduce the solution to demonstrate ADP's ability to solve client issues
  • Understand and align customer requirements with ADP MNC's portfolio
  • Communicate with different audiences, appropriately adjust functional and technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest, and juggle meetings with multiple audience levels
  • Understand and support HR transformation discussion with prospects
  • Liaise with internal partners for effective solution outcomes for the client
  • Utilise compelling presentation skills including the ability to take complex subjects and distil into a simplistic message to ensure that our clients/prospects understand the value and benefit of our services and MNC solutions
  • Support RFP response process and scripted demonstrations within domain area of expertise
  • Support the negotiation process on the contractual business appendixes (Implementation, Service Definition and Service Level Agreement)

What we’re looking for:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of sales or HR consulting experience with large, complex clients
  • Experience gained within a similar pre-sales / implementation focused role
  • Collaborative, team player with strong self-starter attitude
  • Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing is desired
  • Experience of Payroll Software – Time & Attendance SAP Payroll/ Personal Administration knowledge
  • Knowledge of French / UK Payroll Legislation
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences via both verbal and written communications (e.g., technical writing, procedural development, requirements analysis)
  • Service focused, results oriented with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
