WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring an Application Support Analyst. This role is the front-line for solving client challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on WorkForce Software technology, and more. You will work with clients who have 10,000+ employees and carry the weight of our service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. The daily work focuses on helping clients when they reach out, with variety in questions and solutions, supported by top-ranked training.

What You’ll Do
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client application issues in areas such as system setup, product functionality, enhancements, and general inquiries. Analyze complex client requirements for payroll, benefits, time, and HR policies; seek solutions and positive outcomes for the client and WorkForce Software.
- Communicate and exceed client expectations using strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge. Prioritize, organize, multi-task, and follow up promptly while upholding high ethical standards and ADP’s core value of integrity.
- Educate and provide recommendations by leveraging product knowledge to resolve issues, and help build client understanding of product value. Turn client input into recommendations for leadership on best practices and training.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude, especially with complex, enterprise software applications
- Prior client service or systems integration experience
- Experience with SQL and writing complex queries
- Familiarity or experience with Java, C#, C++, or 4GL programming languages
- Ability to join on-call rotation and cover evenings/weekends as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits and/or Time is a plus
Education and Experience
- A college degree is not required, but relevant skills and experience are important. Acceptable experiences could include: experience noted above, OR military experience. Veterans’ talents and problem-solving abilities are valued.

Base salary offers vary by location, skills, and experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with match, and more. The compensation for this role is described as applicable by location and policy.
