Multi-skilled Tradesperson – Self-employed

The role involves a variety of residential and light commercial projects, refurbishments and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of construction and finishing works to a high standard
• General building tasks including (but not limited to):
• Carpentry & Joinery
• Plastering & drylining
• Basic plumbing & electrics (non-certified works only)
• Tiling & flooring
• Painting & Decorating

Requirements

• Reliable & Experienced
• Good speaking English and be able to read instructions
• Self motivated and be able to complete tasks independently
• Own tools
• Own transport not a requirement but be able to move around London with own tools using public transport. Heavy goods and tools will be transported for you if required.
• Be reliable and punctual with a profession attitude
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients and other team members
