As a Global Solution Designer, you will serve as the strategic design authority for our clients' global Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation journey. You will lead the end-to-end solution architecture across HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time, ensuring a seamless balance between global consistency and local compliance. As the primary client-facing authority on solution design, you will build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and guide organizations toward scalable, standardized solutions that align with ADP best practices, product strategy, and their unique business objectives.
You will spend your day collaborating with clients, implementation teams, and domain experts to design and govern global HCM solutions that drive long-term success. Every day, you will analyse business requirements across multiple countries, lead design workshops, resolve complex cross-functional design challenges, and ensure global and local needs come together within a cohesive solution framework. Working across diverse industries and geographies, no two projects will be the same. Your ability to drive standardization, champion the 80/20 design approach, and deliver innovative yet practical solutions will help clients maximize value from their investment while supporting scalable global operations.
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable leading complex conversations, influencing decision-making, and balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
