We are seeking a mid-senior level Electrical Engineer to help deliver building services designs from concept through to construction, creating high-performance, efficient, and sustainable systems across the UK real estate market. This role is based in our expanding London office, where you will work with our personable and high energy team to shape smarter, healthier buildings that push industry standards forward.

About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in electrical design engineering within building services
- Consultancy background with direct MEP experience on built environment projects
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to a growing office and team culture
- Ideally degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) and ideally working towards or already holding professional accreditation.
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for the design and documentation of electrical services, including power distribution, lighting, communications, and other building services systems, guiding projects from concept through to construction.
- You will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, builders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated and innovative design solutions.
- You will also conduct site inspections, coordinate with contractors during construction, and contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable design strategies.
- Engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, you will deliver tailored electrical solutions that meet performance and regulatory requirements.
- For those with more experience, there will be opportunities to mentor junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and promoting technical excellence across the team.
