Up Market - District Manage in Staines

Overview

In this role you will own a defined UK SMB territory, driving full-cycle sales to close new business and expand existing relationships. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design strategic account plans and deliver measurable value to HR, finance, and payroll stakeholders. The position offers opportunities to shape growth, impact customers’ people-management outcomes, and advance your sales career within a global market leader. You’ll combine outbound and inbound approaches to build a strong pipeline and hit revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined territory to generate new opportunities and revenue
• Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Generate demand via inbound, outbound, social selling, referrals and networking
• Engage on consultative discovery with business, HR, and payroll stakeholders
• Deliver product demonstrations linking ADP capabilities to business outcomes and ROI
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across ADP portfolio
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and CRM hygiene
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Presales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams
