ADP is Hiring a Digital Sales Representative. Are you ready for your next best job where you can control your financial future – and achieve that perfect work-life balance you've been searching for? Are you ready to grow your career with a formal career path at an established, respected, global leader? Are you looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging?

As a Digital Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing ADP's business across the UK market. Working with businesses of up to 300 employees, you'll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, demonstrate ADP's market-leading HR and Payroll solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll combine prospecting, networking, social selling, and relationship-building skills to uncover client challenges and position ADP's solutions as the answer. While marketing-generated leads will form part of your pipeline, you'll also be expected to create new opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, cross-selling, upselling, and cold calling.

You'll work directly with business owners, HR leaders, Payroll professionals, and other decision-makers, helping them streamline their HR and Payroll processes while achieving their business goals.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: You'll drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into ADP clients. You'll manage your own pipeline and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Create Opportunities Through Proactive Prospecting: You'll use a variety of prospecting techniques including social selling, CRM data, networking, referrals, and outbound calling to identify businesses experiencing HR and Payroll challenges and engage them in meaningful conversations.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: You'll take a consultative approach to sales, listening carefully to client needs and educating prospects on market trends, industry challenges, and opportunities to improve their HR and Payroll processes.
  • Demonstrate ADP Solutions: You'll conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how ADP's solutions address client pain points and deliver business value.
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: From first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close, you'll manage the entire sales process while building strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate for Success: You'll partner closely with your Sales Leader and colleagues to develop targeted campaigns, share best practices, and execute strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain a High-Quality Pipeline: You'll manage and maintain accurate prospect records, ensuring CRM data is up to date and supporting effective territory planning and sales execution.
  • Deliver Results: You'll work toward activity, pipeline, meeting, and revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer engagement.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • Positive Self-Starter: You are energetic, resilient, and motivated by achieving results. You're comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and can confidently make outbound calls, handle objections, and build relationships.
  • Consultative Sales Mindset: You enjoy understanding business challenges, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending solutions that create value for customers.
  • Strong Communicator: You can communicate effectively over the phone, through virtual meetings, and in writing. You're confident presenting to business owners and key stakeholders.
  • Resilient and Goal-Oriented: You thrive in a target-driven environment, remain positive in the face of challenges, and take ownership of your performance.
  • Continuous Learner: You are naturally curious and eager to learn about HR, Payroll, technology solutions, market trends, and customer needs.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:

  • Experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or another customer-facing environment.
  • Previous experience generating leads, prospecting, or managing customer relationships.

YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN:

  • Be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging and creates a safe space for diverse perspectives and insights.
  • Belong by joining one of our Business Resource Groups where you can connect globally with networks and allies who share common interests and experiences.
  • Grow your career in an agile, fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities to progress.
  • Continuously learn. Ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities for even the most insatiable learner.
  • Be your healthiest. Best-in-class benefits start on Day 1 because healthy associates are happy ones.
  • Balance work and life. Resources and flexibility to more easily integrate your work and your life.
  • Focus on your mental health and well-being. We're here to provide exceptional service to our clients, and none of that happens without each of us taking care of ourselves and being there for one another.
  • Join a company committed to giving back and generating a lasting, positive impact upon the communities in which we work and live.
  • Get paid to pay it forward. Company-paid time off for volunteering for causes you care about.
