Are you looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging?
As a Digital Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing ADP's business across the UK market. This is a consultative sales role where you'll combine prospecting, networking, social selling, and relationship-building skills to uncover client challenges and position ADP's solutions as the answer. While marketing-generated leads will form part of your pipeline, you'll also be expected to create new opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, cross-selling, upselling, and cold calling.
You will work directly with business owners, HR leaders, Payroll professionals, and other decision-makers, helping them streamline their HR and Payroll processes while achieving their business goals.
What You'll Do: Responsibilities
- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into ADP clients. Manage your own pipeline and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Create Opportunities Through Proactive Prospecting: Use a variety of prospecting techniques including social selling, CRM data, networking, referrals, and outbound calling to identify businesses experiencing HR and Payroll challenges and engage them in meaningful conversations.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Take a consultative approach to sales, listening carefully to client needs and educating prospects on market trends, industry challenges, and opportunities to improve their HR and Payroll processes.
- Demonstrate ADP Solutions: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how ADP's solutions address client pain points and deliver business value.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: From first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close, manage the entire sales process while building strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with your Sales Leader and colleagues to develop targeted campaigns, share best practices, and execute strategic outreach initiatives.
- Maintain a High-Quality Pipeline: Manage and maintain accurate prospect records, ensuring CRM data is up to date and supporting effective territory planning and sales execution.
- Deliver Results: Work toward activity, pipeline, meeting, and revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer engagement.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- Positive Self-Starter: Energetic, resilient, and motivated by achieving results. Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and can confidently make outbound calls, handle objections, and build relationships.
- Consultative Sales Mindset: Enjoy understanding business challenges, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending solutions that create value for customers.
- Strong Communicator: Can communicate effectively over the phone, through virtual meetings, and in writing. Confident presenting to business owners and key stakeholders.
- Resilient and Goal-Oriented: Thrive in a target-driven environment, remain positive in the face of challenges, and take ownership of your performance.
- Continuous Learner: Naturally curious and eager to learn about HR, Payroll, technology solutions, market trends, and customer needs.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Acceptable experience could include:
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or another customer-facing environment.
- Previous experience generating leads, prospecting, or managing customer relationships.
