We are seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistants to join Edinburgh studio.

We’re looking for Part II Architectural Assistants to help us design a better future – one where buildings genuinely serve the needs of the people who use them. If you’re a highly talented designer who’s looking for their next exciting challenge, this could be the role for you.

With seven studios across the UK, Cyprus and India and 60 years history, ADP is in the UK’s top 40 architecture practices. We design around the principles of sustainability, belonging and engagement, rethinking the built environment to create a better future.

At ADP, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a chosen sector or as an all-rounder, working with our cross-practice specialists in sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and education design. You’ll also be able to work on projects that truly benefit their communities, from large laboratory buildings to mixed‑use developments, sensitive refurbishments to envelope‑pushing new builds, £100m high‑profile schemes to local grassroots projects.

The Role

Our Architectural Assistants work on projects across all of our sectors, from healthcare to higher education, and residential to commercial. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team on a range of projects and get direct access to Sector Leads who will share their specialist knowledge and skills. You will ensure the delivery of high quality designs which align with ADP’s ethos and vision. You’ll be supported by a local director and our nationwide specialist sector directors.
