We are seeking a Chartered Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join our London team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Architectural or technical degree with Chartered status or equivalent.
- Experience with BIM, CDM, health and safety, modern methods of construction.
- Strong knowledge of current legislation, regulations, standards and RIBA Plan of Work.
The Role
- Assisting with the technical design elements of projects.
- Producing effective, coordinated, efficient and compliant technical design solutions that meet high standards.
- Obtaining and maintaining detailed knowledge of current legislation, regulations and standards.
- Ensuring all work is prepared in accordance with the practice's BIM standards and protocols.
- Ensuring the service is delivered in accordance with the quality management system.
- Embedding sustainability, belonging and engagement in design solutions.
- Identifying and implementing continual improvements to develop and improve practice procedures and methods.
- Undertaking suitable continuing professional development and training to maintain upâtoâdate knowledge of design standards and regulations.
- Ensuring all work complies with the practice's Quality Management System requirements, CDM and health and safety expectations.
