We are seeking a Chartered Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect to join our London team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Architectural or technical degree with Chartered status or equivalent.
  • Experience with BIM, CDM, health and safety, modern methods of construction.
  • Strong knowledge of current legislation, regulations, standards and RIBA Plan of Work.

The Role

  • Assisting with the technical design elements of projects.
  • Producing effective, coordinated, efficient and compliant technical design solutions that meet high standards.
  • Obtaining and maintaining detailed knowledge of current legislation, regulations and standards.
  • Ensuring all work is prepared in accordance with the practice's BIM standards and protocols.
  • Ensuring the service is delivered in accordance with the quality management system.
  • Embedding sustainability, belonging and engagement in design solutions.
  • Identifying and implementing continual improvements to develop and improve practice procedures and methods.
  • Undertaking suitable continuing professional development and training to maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of design standards and regulations.
  • Ensuring all work complies with the practice's Quality Management System requirements, CDM and health and safety expectations.
