?? The Role:As Senior BDM, you’ll be responsible for:

Identifying and converting new business opportunities within the international freight market (air, sea, and road)

Managing and developing a personal pipeline of mid-to-large clients

Demonstrating technical expertise in logistics to deliver tailored freight solutions

Working cross-functionally with operations and customer service to ensure service excellence

Attending client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

3-5+ years of proven success in international freight forwarding sales

A strong personal network and a demonstrable record of exceeding targets

Excellent knowledge of global logistics, multimodal freight, and supply chain operations
