They are now on the lookout for a highly ambitious and self-motivated Technical Sales Manager to join their successful UK sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
- Engage with commercial and industrial facilities, including government buildings, hospitals, schools, etc.
- Manage and grow existing accounts within your designated territory
- Increase turnover from accounts with reduced spending
- Achieve operational targets, budgets, and KPIs
Requirements:
- Experience in field/area sales within a B2B environment
- Proven track record in new business development
- Construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential
- Experience managing a large territory
- Proficiency in cold calling to maintain a robust pipeline
- Strong ability to identify and engage with prospective clients
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills
- A strong “will to win” attitude
