We are seeking reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team in Stanford-le-Hope. This is a physically active, hands-on position involving manual container unloading within a fast-paced warehouse environment. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a supportive team.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manually unload goods from containers using basic equipment
- Sort, stack, and palletise items safely and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Adhere to all on-site health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively to meet daily unloading targets
Requirements
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting
- Previous warehouse or container unloading experience is an advantage (not essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time hours
- Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are required
- Must be available for one of the full-time shift patterns listed above
