Working alongside an experienced HR team, you'll play a key role in supporting managers, delivering people initiatives and providing expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
The Opportunity You'll partner with managers across the business, supporting everything from employee relations and performance management to recruitment, engagement and organisational development.
This role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to influence people strategy while remaining hands-on in operational HR.
Key Responsibilities * Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. * Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues. * Support recruitment, onboarding and employee retention initiatives. * Assist with learning and development programmes. * Produce and analyse HR data to support business decisions. * Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. * Support salary reviews, reward initiatives and benefits administration.
