Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing field-based sales team.
Reporting to the Customer Development Director, you'll take ownership of a region, leading a team of Procurement Managers and Procurement Executives while driving commercial growth, customer retention and exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field sales leader who enjoys developing people, building successful teams and delivering outstanding commercial results.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for leading a team of approximately 5-10 field-based sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to maximise individual and team performance.
