We are seeking a proactive Sales Support & Administrator to join a growing UK sales team.
The Role
You will play a vital part in supporting the Sales team by managing leads, coordinating client communications, and providing essential administrative support. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to company growth while developing your career in a dynamic environment.
- Gather and follow up on sales leads via phone and email
- Liaise with field sales executives on warm leads
- Assist with reporting, database management & statistics
- Record all sales activities in CRM systems
- Cold-call prospective clients to expand the customer base
- Maintain sales materials and compile monthly reports
- Support with coordination of sales initiatives
About You
- Experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support role preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude
- Knowledge of logistics is an advantage (training provided)
