Are you a skilled Automotive Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity with excellent pay and consistent work?
We’re recruiting an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy and professional automotive bodyshop in Rochester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their finish, works to a high standard and wants to be part of an experienced and supportive team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to an exceptional standard, including:
- Preparing vehicles and panels ready for paint.
- Mixing and matching colours accurately.
- Priming and applying basecoats and clearcoats.
- Using spray guns and professional paint equipment.
- Carrying out high-quality paint repairs and refinishing.
- Checking your own work to ensure a flawless finish.
- Working closely with Panel Beaters and Vehicle Preppers.
- Following health & safety and workshop procedures.
? What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer / Vehicle Paint Sprayer.
- Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Ability to achieve a high-quality, professional finish.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Previous bodyshop experience is essential.
