Do you have experience in Recruitment and/or an industrial/warehouse environment?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a passion for Recruitment to join our existing, successful and growing Industrial/logistics desk. The Adore Recruitment brand provides a well recognised quality service to both new and existing clients and you will be joining a highly successful team.
Responsibilities
- Resourcing of multiple client requirements
- Advertising
- Sourcing & Screening Candidates
- Compliance & Pre-employment checks
- Database management
- Scheduling of workers
- Writing/confirming job descriptions
Ideal candidate
- Fluent Romanian, and fluent in English
- Recruitment delivery experience highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication – in English and an Eastern European language
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Strong people skills
