We’re looking for a talented Operations Director to work for our client within the Charity Sector.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of strategic leadership.

The Role:
In the Operations Director role, you’ll be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business with a strong emphasis on optimising internal processes and supporting the delivery of the company’s strategic plans.
You’ll report to the Chief Executive Officer, and whilst working remotely, you’ll spend one day a week in the company’s London office. For the rest of the week, you will be working from home or client-facing.
In the job, you’ll be tasked with the following:
- Ensuring operational excellence across the business
- Implementing risk management frameworks
- Internal team management and recruitment of growth positions
