We’re partnering with a respected, forward-thinking London-based M&E services provider that’s expanding rapidly across the region. They’re now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead business development, target key commercial sectors, and win high-value contracts.

The Role:

  • Lead new business development across the South East with a focus on the commercial, industrial, and public sectors
  • Identify, target, and secure new clients in need of planned and reactive M&E maintenance and installation services
  • Develop strategic pipelines, attend client meetings, and build long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored proposals and quotations
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market activity to the leadership team

About You:

  • Proven track record in M&E, building services, FM, or technical solution sales
  • A natural hunter with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent network across the South East (commercial/property/FM sectors advantageous)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident operating at senior stakeholder level
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to sell consultatively and strategically
  • Full UK driving licence
