We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in flat roofing to join a leading organisation within the roofing industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects from site through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing roofing projects across South London, providing technical support and ensuring installations meet both client expectations and industry standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple flat roofing projects across the region
  • Carrying out site inspections throughout the project lifecycle
  • Completing quality assurance (QA) inspections
  • Undertaking condition surveys and site surveys
  • Producing technical reports and roofing specifications
  • Identifying defects and recommending remedial solutions
  • Working closely with roofing contractors to ensure projects are completed to specification
  • Monitoring project progress, quality and compliance
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, clients and consultants
  • Ensuring all works comply with current building regulations and health & safety requirements

About You

You'll already have experience within the roofing industry and be confident managing projects on live construction sites.

Ideally you'll have experience with:

  • Flat roofing systems
  • Site inspections
  • QA inspections
  • Condition surveys
  • Roofing specifications
  • Technical report writing
  • Contractor management
  • Commercial roofing projects
  • Building envelope or waterproofing systems

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with single ply, liquid roofing, built-up felt or bituminous systems
  • Experience working for a roofing contractor or manufacturer
  • Ability to diagnose roofing defects and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Strong understanding of roofing standards and best practice
