Are you practical, reliable, and ready for a hands‑on role where no two days are the same? We’re seeking a Restoration Technician to carry out specialist cleaning and property works across a variety of sites.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8‑hour shifts). Occasional overtime (paid at enhanced rate) and on‑call responsibilities. Minimum age: 25+ due to insurance policy.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Works well both independently and in a team
- Has a strong work ethic and a ‘can‑do’ attitude
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is physically fit and comfortable working in tight or awkward spaces
- Is keen to learn and develop new practical skills
What You’ll Need:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Physically able to lift and carry materials
- Comfortable using tablets/iPads for reporting and documentation
- Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Some basic DIY or property maintenance knowledge is a bonus
- Willingness to undergo a DBS (criminal background) check
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out strip‑out work, deep cleaning, and site preparation
- Setting up and maintaining specialist equipment on location
- Handling furniture and household items for cleaning and storage
- Completing digital reports using mobile devices
- Communicating with clients, contractors, and other professionals on‑site
- Following health & safety protocols including the use of PPE and risk assessments
- Ensuring work vehicles are clean, stocked, and well‑maintained
- Attending regular training sessions, both in‑house and external
