Salary: £29,000 per year

Location: Romford – Walking distance from Harold Wood Station or free on-site parking

Hours: Full-time, Permanent, Office-based

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accurately processing sales invoices
  • Updating client portals with the latest details
  • Speaking with clients to answer queries and resolve issues quickly
  • Matching job sheets with engineers’ hours to keep records spot on
  • Offering ad hoc support to the Accounts Manager and your team
  • What we’re looking for:
  • Some experience in accounts, invoicing, or similar roles
  • Confident in raising and processing invoices
  • A natural communicator who enjoys talking to clients and colleagues
  • Oracle experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
