Our client are looking for an energetic and driven Internal Sales Executive to join the team! Specializing in Far East deep-sea freight, you’ll be the crucial link between customers and world-class logistics solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage & Convert – Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients, understanding their freight needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Quote & Negotiate – Prepare competitive pricing proposals and negotiate terms to secure profitable business.
  • Build Relationships – Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their shipping needs are met with precision and care.
  • Support the Sales Team – Work closely with the external sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay Informed – Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game.
  • Meet & Exceed Targets – Drive revenue growth by achieving and surpassing sales goals.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in internal sales within freight forwarding.
  • Experience quoting sea freight. Land and air freight experience is also desirable.
  • Strong understanding of deep-sea freight, particularly trade routes between the Far East and global markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with a passion for sales.
