Inbound Sales Consultant
Location: Romford
Salary: £24,525 training bonus (£250/month for first 6 months) uncapped commission (OTE £30k–£40k+)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert, empathetic service to customers, including those with pre-existing medical conditions.
- Building rapport, resolving queries, and guiding customers through policies with care.
- Meeting sales and service targets while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve processes and customer experiences.

Working Hours:
Flexibility is required across operating hours once training is complete:
Mon–Fri: 8:30am–8:00pm
Sat: 9:00am–5:30pm
Sun: 10:00am–5:00pm
You’ll work 1 in 2 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday), with a day off during the week in lieu.
