We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fuel & Lubricant Coordinator to oversee the procurement, distribution, and tracking of fuel and lubricants across our operational sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain coordination and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the purchase, storage, and distribution of fuel and lubricants.
- Use warehouse systems & ICPMS Scheme Requirements to ensure the smooth and on time delivery of products to the end customer.
- Sampling and testing of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid operational delays.
- Maintain logistics schedule, detailed records of usage, deliveries, and consumption trends.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Perform regular audits of fuel and lubricant usage and report findings.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on usage and costs.
- Other general duties.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CAF facility and supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of the products and related safety protocols.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to negotiate and work with external suppliers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Valid driverβs license and ability to travel to site locations if required.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
