Are you practical, reliable, and looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? We’re looking for a Van Driver / Labourer to join our team, supporting specialist cleaning, restoration, and property works across a variety of residential and commercial sites.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Occasional overtime (paid at an enhanced rate)
- Participation in on-call rota as required
- Minimum age: 25+ (insurance requirement)

Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Confident driving a van in the Essex and London area
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment safely
- Comfortable using tablets/iPads for basic reporting and documentation
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Basic DIY or property maintenance experience (advantageous)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS (criminal background) check
Key Responsibilities
- Driving company vans to and from sites, ensuring safe and timely transport of materials and equipment
- Assisting with strip-out, deep cleaning, and general site preparation tasks
- Setting up and maintaining specialist equipment as required
- Handling, cleaning, and storing furniture and household items
- Completing simple digital reports using mobile devices
- Communicating professionally with clients, contractors, and team members on-site
- Following all Health & Safety protocols, including correct use of PPE and risk assessments
- Keeping company vehicles clean, stocked, and well-maintained
- Attending training sessions (in-house and external) as needed
