Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, expert service to customers
- Listen with empathy, resolve queries, and guide customers through policies and claims
- Meet and exceed quality and performance targets while keeping a personal touch
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
- Work closely with your team to share ideas, improve service, and celebrate wins
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a sales environment or a contact centre environment
- Confidence working to sales and service targets – especially with upselling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Comfortable with contact centre systems and multitasking
- Proactive, solution-focused, and eager to learn

Working Hours
- Full flexibility required after training: 37.5 hours working week
- Mon–Fri: 8:30am–8:00pm
- Sat: 9:00am–5:30pm
- Sun: 10:00am–5:00pm
- You’ll work 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month
