What you’ll be doing:
- Negotiating with suppliers and managing product catalogues
- Supporting new tenders and reviewing pricing for existing customers
- Analysing costs, calculating margins, and ensuring competitive pricing
- Collaborating with the Accounts Team to communicate pricing changes clearly
What we’re looking for:
- Hospitality experience essential, food industry experience a bonus
- Strong Excel skills – you’ll be working with data, margins, and spreadsheets every day
- Experience with tenders, supplier lists, and product catalogues
- Highly numerate, analytical, and commercially minded
- A great communicator and team player with a strong work ethic
