Responsibilities:
- Provide general maintenance duties at various locations in Essex, London and surrounding areas.
- Ensure maintenance of health and safety standards.
- Ensure safety, good operation of services and cleanliness of premises.
- Emergency light testing.
- Fire alarm checks.
- Water temperature checking.
- Check security (doors/locks/alarms) of premises.
- General maintenance and repairs.
- Carry out decorating and minor refurbishment.
- Working with another handy person.
Qualifications:
- Full driving licence. Vehicle provided.
