Wickford / Chelmsford outskirts (Car driver required)
Do you have a sales background but want to move away from outbound calling? Or are you in a target-driven sales role (e.g. car sales) and looking to transfer your skills into an office-based role? Or perhaps you’ve worked in a call centre and want something different — with no shifts or rotas? If so, this could be the job for you.
We’re recruiting for an expanding company with modern, newly renovated offices located on the outskirts of Wickford and Chelmsford. You’ll be part of a busy, supportive team delivering an excellent customer service experience by answering incoming enquiries.
What’s on offer:
- £26,000 salary
- Average £200–£250 per monthly bonus
- Average £200 quarterly team bonus
- Optional overtime only if you want it Saturday mornings and you can work it from home (4hrs from home, paid at 1.5x)
- Extra day off for your birthday + 28 days holiday
- Monday–Friday, office based (no shifts or rotas)
- Free on-site parking
Role responsibilities:
- Handling incoming enquiries and returning missed calls
- Advising customers on products and services
- Processing hire enquiries via phone, online chat, and contact forms
- Updating the database and creating agreements
- Checking and confirming all order details (dates, addresses, etc.)
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
About you:
- Experience in phone based customer service, sales, call centre, or an admin role with lots of telephone duties.
- Confident telephone manner
- Computer literate experience with databases
- Enjoys a fast-paced, buzzy environment
- Car driver essential due to rural location
