The Role

You will be responsible for covering reactive call outs on electrical basis for clients based in hospitality and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding and attending reactive repairs within SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Logging all details of the job on hand held device applications for further action
  • Work independently performing fault analysis and repair
  • Communication with clients and colleagues providing technical support where required
  • Supporting team and making sure all works are carried out safely and according to regulations
  • Proactive approach to Health and Safety at all times

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications NVQ level 3 or higher
  • 18th Edition is essential
  • Testing
