Key Responsibilities Deliver friendly, expert service to customers
Listen with empathy, resolve queries, and guide customers through policies and claims
Meet and exceed quality and performance targets while keeping a personal touch
Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
Work closely with your team to share ideas, improve service, and celebrate wins
What You'll Need Experience in a sales environment or a contact centre environment
Confidence working to sales and service targets – especially with upselling
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Comfortable with contact centre systems and multitasking
Proactive, solution-focused, and eager to learn
A genuine passion for helping people
Working Hours Full flexibility required after training: 37.5 hours working week
Mon–Fri: 8:30am–8:00pm
Sat: 9:00am–5:30pm
Sun: 10:00am–5:00pm
You'll work 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month
