Are you a results-driven, ambitious professional ready to accelerate your career in field sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to become a key player in the success of a leading Purchasing Solutions Business. In this full-time role, you'll collaborate with talented business development and customer-focused teams, working closely with key national suppliers to create new opportunities for members across the hospitality and leisure industries.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitality and leisure businesses, including pubs, bars, hotels, and golf clubs.
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and unlocking new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Procurement and Customer Service, to drive sales and support growth.
- Manage your territory autonomously, with regular visits to the company's HQ near Bristol for collaboration and training.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the food, drink, or leisure and hospitality sectors.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Hands-on experience in hospitality operations (restaurants, bars, or hotels).
