£25,000 - £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic £60k+ OTE). Our client is looking for a confident and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team in Basildon. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' sales experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on targets, and wants genuine earning potential and progression.

The Role
