This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC professional who can programme, set and operate machines independently and is looking for a secure, long-term career with excellent earning potential through regular overtime.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Using a variety of measuring and inspection equipment
- Selecting the appropriate tooling for each job
- Ensuring components meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a CNC Miller
- Programming, setting and operating experience
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of precision machining and tolerances
- Experience using measuring equipment and inspection tools
- A reliable and positive approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Heidenhain controls would be advantageous
