Role Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Advise customers on storage solutions for home and business

Working Hours
Two‑week rotating schedule:
- Monday: 7:30am–5pm or 8am–5:30pm
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm
- Friday: 8am–4:30pm
